Longing arises from within

opens the door to change

Metamorphosis

Like caterpillar becomes cocoon

before emerging as butterfly

real changes prepare us the path of steps

The sky is always open

Your wings are already ready

Until gentle breeze invites you to fly out from your old nest

Fledglings grow

and one day fly into space

carrying uncertainty

It will happen organically when time comes

That is metamorphosis

内から湧き上がる

Metamorphosis

幼虫が

さなぎとなり

やがて

蝶となるように

真の変化は

歩んでいく道程を

ともなって現れる

空はいつもそこにあり

翼はいつも待っている

優しい微風が誘うその時まで

ひなが成長し

大空に羽ばたくように

戸惑いを携えて

ときに躓きながら

潮がやがて満ちるように

緩やかな丘を登るように
