Challenge.


What do you imagine when you hear this word?

Make the impossible possible?


Our minds shape us.


Then it’s better not to hold on to negative thoughts.


We see our goal.


One step forward, and then the next, then the next…..



It’s a journey

.Our path has meaning.


My challenge is to release old habits and replace them with the ones I need to move forward.


I reached my first goal: to relinquish a bad habit that I had carried for over 40 years.


We are living in a world of “no.”

Things that limit us are everywhere.

There is no shortage of them.


Our lives are connected to this world,

and it shapes our lives.It’s quite challenging not to be influenced at all.


Yet, we still have choices, and whenever we are able to make a decision, we must make it.


Let’s set our minds free.


Looking into ourselves is painful at times.

But please remember not to use denial.


We are NOT fixing or correcting something.

We are releasing all that doesn’t serve us well.


Negative thoughts, unnecessary judgment, mantras that restrict us…..


Set our emotions aside, and then just observe.


Where, what, and how we can adjust, if necessary.


Release it if it doesn’t work.


Observe again.


How do you think?


Don’t criticize.


You can have an opinion without criticizing anything.


Try again.


And again.


Slowly, you’ll start feeling the difference.

The real meaning of “accepting.”


Accepting isn’t the opposite of rejecting or compromising.

You just don’t need to take anything that doesn’t go along with you comfortably.


You made a choice for yourself.

Your heart will be free very soon.

You can see that you are in balance.

Then you are free now.


This is the first step.


I know what I do and why I do it.


My preparation phase is in good shape.
