You go through life’s experiences.

They are not always easy or amusing.

Some are rather tough and challenging.

And when we go through them,

we have to go alone.

No matter how much we love someone and want to be there for that person, we can’t.

All we can do is stand by you,

and be ready to catch youwhen you are about to fall through the cracks.

But you have your art in your hands.

It doesn’t need to be music.But you have it.

You own it.

You can experience yourself through it.

You can express yourself through your body.

There is nothing stronger than that experience.

Don’t be afraid.

You won’t break anything.

That’s the power of art.
